I agree to a minimum sponsorship of £250, which I will collect either:
1. in cash and add to donation site with GiftAid

EVENING CELEBRATION
I would like to participate in the after event celebration
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
It is the sole responsibility of each entrant to ensure that:
1. They are suitably fit and healthy to complete the event
2. They have suitable equipment, clothing and footwear to participate safely
3. They do not put themselves or others at unnecessary risk.

Under no circumstances will Cardgains or it’s employees be held responsible or liable for accident, injury, loss or damage
to persons or possessions during the event
